٭At the donation stalls, arrange for proper lighting as well, but make sure that the Masjid or Madrasah electricity is not used for this purpose at all, as this is not permissible by Shari’ah.

   ٭At donation stalls, keep lose change as well in order to avoid any inconvenience whilst receiving donations. The appropriate method of doing so is to get some high value notes exchanged from Wajiba (obligatory) and Nafila (optional) donations into lose change, keeping them separate, and return the change from the  very same category of donation which it has been deposited for.

   ٭If you exchange high value notes into lose change from your own pocket, then make somebody a witness to it and do note it down in a register or notebook so that there are no complications or problems while registering and depositing the collected donations.

Remaining rules for setting up donation stalls will be mentioned in the Tarbiyyati Halqahs [learning circles]. Therefore, do attend the Tarbiyyati Halqahs in order to learn them.
