2.      On the Day of Judgement, the arrogant people will be resurrected like ants with human faces. They will be overwhelmed with humiliation and disgrace from all sides. They will be made to drink طِیۡنَۃُ الۡخَبَّال, i.e. the pus of the people of Hell. (Musnad Imam Ahmad, vol. 2, pp. 596, Hadees 6689)

Dear Islamic brothers! In order to protect ourselves from the evil of arrogance, we should also become humble as humbleness has many blessings. The Angels make Du’a for the eminence of one who becomes humble. Good news is given for one who becomes humble. Those who become humble, will be sitting on pulpits (Mimbars) on the Day of Judgement. Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ grants the wealth of humbleness upon His beloved bondmen. The person who becomes humble, is granted a high status up to the seventh sky. Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ has mercy upon the one who becomes humble. (Ihya-ul-‘Uloom, vol. 3, pp. 999)
