During this period of time, he رَحْمَةُ اللهِ تَعَالٰی عَلَيْه succeeded in completing ‘Uloom-e-Zaahiri (apparent branches of knowledge), but he رَحْمَةُ اللهِ تَعَالٰی عَلَيْه had yet to satisfy his yearning for which he left his home and family.

He رَحْمَةُ اللهِ تَعَالٰی عَلَيْه made preparations to travel from Bukhara to Hijaz in search of a perfect spiritual guide. On the way, when he رَحْمَةُ اللهِ تَعَالٰی عَلَيْه passed by ‘Haarwan’ a suburban area of Nayshapur (Khurasan province, Iran), he heard about the fame of Mard-e-Qalandar, Qutb-ul-Waqt Sayyiduna Khuwajah ‘Usman Haarwani Chishti عَـلَيْهِ رَحْـمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ الۡـقَـوِی. He رَحْمَةُ اللهِ تَعَالٰی عَلَيْه immediately went to him and became his disciple and entered the Chishtiyyah Sufi order. (Mirat-ul-Asrar, pp. 594)

In short, he رَحْمَةُ اللهِ تَعَالٰی عَلَيْه devoted his entire life to spread the blessed sayings of the Beloved Prophet صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم.

تیری اُلفت میں جیوں تیری مَحَبَّت میں مَروں

ہو کرم ایسا شہا! خواجہ پِیا خواجہ پِیا

صَلُّوۡا عَلَى الۡحَبِيۡب       صَلَّى اللّٰهُ تَعَالٰى عَلٰى مُحَمَّد

Sayyiduna Khuwajah’s pleasure for worship and simplicity

Sayyiduna Khuwajah Ghareeb Nawaz رَحْمَةُ اللهِ تَعَالٰی عَلَيْه was very pious, as Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ has mentioned piety to be a sign of a saint of Islam. Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ has stated:

اَلَاۤ   اِنَّ   اَوۡ لِیَآءَ   اللہِ   لَا خَوۡفٌ   عَلَیۡہِمۡ

وَ لَا  ہُمۡ    یَحۡزَنُوۡنَ   ﴿ۚۖ۶۲﴾   الَّذِیۡنَ  اٰمَنُوۡا  وَ  کَانُوۡا   یَتَّقُوۡنَ   ﴿ؕ۶۳﴾

Translation from Kanz-ul-Iman: Listen carefully! No doubt, there is no fear nor any grief upon the friends of Allah. Those who believed and keep up their duty. (Part 11, Surah Yunus, verse 62-63)
