Translation: There is none worthy of worship except Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ Who is   ‘حَلِيۡم’ and ‘كَرِيۡم’. Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ is ‘سُبۡحَان’, Rab of the seven skies and Rab of the magnificent ‘Arsh.

2    Memorising Du’a: 5 minutes

3   Fikr-e-Madinah: 5 minutes

4    Total duration: 15 minutes

صَلُّوۡا عَلَى الۡحَبِيۡب                 صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلٰى مُحَمَّد

Remaining Sunnahs and etiquette of applying kohl

1    Here is a summary of the 3 narrated methods of using kohl: (1) Sometimes, apply it 3 times to each eye. (2) Sometimes, apply it 3 times to the right eye and twice to the left. (3) And sometimes, apply it twice to each eye and then at the end, take the stick, put it into the container so the kohl comes onto it, and then use that stick once on each eye. (Shu’ab-ul-Iman,  vol. 5, pp. 218, Hadees 6428)

2    By doing this, all three methods will be acted upon اِنْ شَــآءَالـلّٰـه.

3    The Beloved and Blessed Prophet صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم would start every honourable action from the right hand side, so apply kohl to the right eye first and then to the left eye.

صَلُّوۡا عَلَى الۡحَبِيۡب                 صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلٰى مُحَمَّد

Du’a to be recited when in need of rain

In the Madani Halqahs of the weekly Sunnah-inspiring Ijtima’ of Dawat-e-Islami today, the ‘Du’a to be recited when in need of rain’ will be taught. The Du’a is as follows:

اَ للّٰھُمَّ   اسْقِنَا   ﴿﴾   اَ للّٰھُمَّ  اَغِثْنَا  ﴿﴾

O Allah! Give us water. O Allah! Give us rain.

Dear Islamic brothers! When there is drought and you are in need of rain, then this Du’a should be read. It is better to read this Du’a 3 times.
