of the path was the world. Only as much part of its life is left as that of this old woman is left. The one who wanted to attract you was Iblees (Satan) the enemy of Allah Almighty. He wanted you to get interested in him. And, those who humbly said Salam to you were Sayyiduna Ibraheem, Sayyiduna Musa and Sayyiduna ‘Isa عَـلَـيْـهِمُ الـصَّلٰوةُ وَالـسَّـلَام. (Dalaail-un-Nubuwwah lil-Bayhaqi, vol. 2, pp. 362)
It is stated in Sahih Muslim: When the Beloved Rasool صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم passed by the blessed grave of Sayyiduna Musa عَـلَيْـهِ الـسَّـلَام that is located near the red mound of sand, he [i.e. Sayyiduna Musa عَـلَيْـهِ الـسَّـلَام] was offering Salah, standing in his grave. (Sahih Muslim, pp. 927, Hadees 2375)
Observing the wonders of Divine powers and meeting blessed Ambiya عَـلَـيْهِمُ السَّلَام, the Beloved Rasool صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم reached the sacred city in which Masjid-ul-Aqsa is situated. He صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم entered the city through its Bab-e-Yamani and then moved towards the Masjid.[1] He صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم tied the Buraaq to that ring of the door of the Masjid to which blessed Ambiya عَـلَـيْهِمُ السَّلَام would tie their animals for riding. Later on, Sayyiduna Jibra’eel عَـلَيْـهِ الـسَّـلَام took Buraaq to the [premises] of the Masjid. He عَـلَيْـهِ الـسَّـلَام made a hole into a stone through his finger and then tied the Buraaq to it.
