The person, who is not cautious about the matters of Shari’ah, who gains the knowledge of Shari’ah without being pious and ascetic, who tries to find out Rukhsat [i.e. easiness] and Taweelaat [i.e. interpretations] and hence becomes uncertain [in the matters], who does not follow the blessed Aimmah and becomes a [so-called] Mujtahid himself, then such a person will soon indulge in the sins.
