Madani pearls for teachers

v  Teacher should ponder whether he has the capability of teaching? In case he is eligible then he should teach. Thorough preparation should be done of those lessons which you are supposed to teach. During teaching, avoid such acts which create hurdles in teaching.   

v  For becoming a successful teacher, treat all students with equality and justice; moreover, it is necessary to show continuous affection towards students. Weak students should not be humiliated.

v  Students should not be dismissed from Madrasa as far as possible rather a great effort should be carried out keeping them from leaving Madrasa.

v  When teaching, have fear of Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ in heart and teach with the intention of upholding the truth.

v  Less intelligent students need more affection so that they feel no inferiority complex.

v  Upon the ethical and educational weakness, students should be punished according to the prescribed method provided by Madani Markaz.

v  If students are taught with strategy, it will produce better result.

v  People are in acute need of education.

v  Teaching should not be done for monetary benefits, rather the aim of teaching should be to seek the pleasure of Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ and propagation of Deen e Islam.

v  Keep persuading students to perform Salah, observe fast, carry out other virtuous deeds and to adopt courteous manner.

v  Make it obligatory upon students to study Ihya-ul-‘Uloom 1^st volume. It contains a chapter of calamities of knowledge too.
