It has been narrated that once during devotional and spiritual exercises, Sayyiduna Ghaus-e-Pak’s father, Sayyiduna Abu Saalih Musa Jangi Dost         رَحْمَةُ اللهِ تَعَالٰی عَلَيْه had experienced starvation for a third time. He رَحْمَةُ اللهِ تَعَالٰی عَلَيْه was sitting on a river bank when an apple came to him afloat. He رَحْمَةُ اللهِ تَعَالٰی عَلَيْه ate it. Later on he thought that as to whose apple it was he had eaten. He رَحْمَةُ اللهِ تَعَالٰی عَلَيْه thought how could it be Halal for him to have eaten that apple? With this thought he رَحْمَةُ اللهِ تَعَالٰی عَلَيْه started walking on the river bank to look for the owner
