Hindiyyah, vol. 1, p. 58) However, there is no harm in going towards the Masjid or the Wudu area during the Azaan; one should also reply with the tongue whilst doing so.

*   It is not appropriate to go to the toilet during the Azan as one will not be able to reply to the Azaan there and this is deprivation from immense reward. However, if he needs the toilet desperately or there is a danger of Jama’at being missed, then he should go.

*   If anybody hears more than one Azaan, he is required to reply to the first Azaan only, but it is better to reply to all of them. (Durr-e-Mukhtar ma’ Rad-ul-Muhtar, vol. 2, p. 82; Bahar-e-Shari’at, vol. 1, p. 473)

صَلُّوۡا عَلَى الۡحَبِيۡب                       صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلٰى مُحَمَّد

Du’a to be recited for inclusion into the list of accepted people

According to the schedule of the weekly Sunnah inspired Ijtima’ of Dawat-e-Islami today, the Du’a to be recited for inclusion into the list of accepted people will be memorised. The Du’a is as follows:

اَللّٰهُمَّ اجْعَلْنَامِنْ عِبَادِكَ الْمُنْتَخَبِيْنَ الْغُرِّالْمُحَجَّلِينَ الْوَفْدِالْمُتَقَبَّلِيْنَ

(Musnad Imam Ahmad, vol. 5, p. 295, Hadees 15554)

Translation: O Allah Almighty! Make us from your chosen people whose limbs will be resplendent, those who are the accepted group. (Faizan-e-Du’a, p. 322)

صَلُّوۡا عَلَى الۡحَبِيۡب                             صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلٰى مُحَمَّد

Method of collective Fikr-e-Madinah (72 Madani In’amaat)

Saying of the Beloved Rasool صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم: Pondering (over the Hereafter) for a moment is better than the worship of 60 years.
