Whatever Mufti Ahmad Yar Khan Na’eemi رَحْمَةُ اللهِ تَعَالٰی عَلَيْه has said according to the second above-mentioned blessed Ayah let’s listen to its summary in the form of Madani pearls:

1. In the blessed Ayah, we have been commanded to do our relatives a favour.

2. Favours should be done to parents as they deserve it the most, other relatives are after parents.

3. Zil-Qurba are the people who are your relatives through your parents; they are also called ‘Zee-Rihm’ [ذِی رِحم].

4. There are three types of ‘Zee-Rihm’:

(1) Father’s relatives such as paternal grandfather, grandmother, uncle, aunt, etc.;

(2)Mother’s relatives such as maternal grandfather, grandmother, uncle, aunt.
