Good treatment with milk sister

On page 46 of ‘monthly Faizan-e-Madinah’ published in April 2017 by Maktaba-tul-Madinah, publishing department of Dawat-e-Islami it is mentioned: The Beloved Rasool صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم treated his milk sister Sayyidatuna Shayma رَضِیَ اللهُ تَعَالٰی عَنْهَا in the following manners:

1. He صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم stood up for her. (Subul-ul-Huda war-Rishaad, vol. 5, pp. 333)

2. He صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم sat her down on his blessed chador after spreading it; and

3. The Beloved Rasool صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم has said this: Ask! You will be bestowed. Intercede! Your intercession will be accepted. (Dalaail-un-Nubuwwah, vol. 5, pp. 199) During this exemplary kindness, tears were flowing from his blessed eyes.

4. He صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم then said, ‘If you want, you can live with us with respect.

5. When she returned, the Beloved Rasool صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم bestowed upon her three slaves, one slave girl and one or two camels.

6. When he صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم again met the same milk sister at the place of Ji’ranah, he صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم also bestowed upon her sheep and goats.

Satan’s trap

Dear Islamic sisters! Remember! The love of the world is such a trap of Satan in which when a person is trapped, she stops performing righteous deeds. For example first she stops performing Mustahab acts, then becomes heedless of Sunnahs, after this she gets into the habit of leaving Fard and Wajib acts and then gradually she gets into the habit of performing Haraam acts. She starts spending her life by telling lies, committing backbiting, hurting the feelings of others, listening to songs and music and different types of Haraam and impermissible deeds.
