Name Of Muhammad - The Apple Of Eye
Dear Islamic brothers! In today’s Sunnah-inspiring Ijtima’, we have heard:
The blessed name, ‘Muhammad’ increases the dignity of Muslims’ glory and eminence.
The blessed name, ‘Muhammad’ is the source of attaining respect.
The blessed name, ‘Muhammad’ is also dear to Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ.
The blessing of the blessed name, ‘Muhammad’ changes a person’s destiny completely.
By virtue of the blessed name, ‘Muhammad’ the universe is gaining benefits.
The blessed name, ‘Muhammad’ will lead to Paradise.
The blessed name, ‘Muhammad’ is the source of attaining salvation from Hell.
Pious predecessors felt deep hatred towards the disrespect of the blessed name, ‘Muhammad’.
It was the way of pious predecessors to reform the one who would disrespect the blessed name, ‘Muhammad’.
May Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ also enable us to get the great treasure of respect and reverence for the sake of the blessed name, ‘Muhammad’ and enable us to attain countless blessings of this blessed name!
صَلُّوۡا عَلَى الۡحَبِيۡب صَلَّى اللّٰهُ تَعَالٰى عَلٰى مُحَمَّد
Dear Islamic brothers! In conclusion, I would like to take the opportunity to mention the excellence of Sunnah as well as some Sunan and manners. The Rasool of Rahmah, the Intercessor of the Ummah صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم has said, ‘Whoever loves my Sunnah, loves me, and whoever loves me will be with me in Jannah.’ (Ibn ‘Asakir, vol. 9, pp. 343)
