    Harms of ill manners to one’s worldly life and afterlife

    Dear Islamic brothers! Remember! The fortunate Muslim blessed with the great wealth of good manners will succeed in the worldly life as well as in the afterlife, whereas the people who have the disease of bad manners will get nothing but shame and regret in both the worlds. Let’s now hear about some of the harms caused by bad manners to one’s worldly life as well as the afterlife.

    Having bad manners is a curse.

    Having bad manners is itself a bad deed and leads to many other bad deeds.

    Lying, misappropriation, breaking promises are all the branches of bad manners.

    Bad manners are a cause of disagreement among people.

    Bad manners cause malice, jealousy and separation among people.

    The Greatest and Noblest Nabi صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم sought refuge from bad manners.

    Bad manners and rude talking displease Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ.

    Bad manners spoil the deed as vinegar spoils honey.

    Customers hesitate to buy things from a bad-mannered shopkeeper.

    Bad manners are a bad omen.

    If there were any human form of bad manners, they would be a very bad man.

    In the court of Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ, bad manners are the worst evil.

    Without doubt, shamelessness and bad manners have no link with anything in Islam.

    Bad manners are a great obstruction in Islamic preaching.

    Sometimes, bad manners bring the husband and the wife to the verge of divorce.

    Bad manners destroy the peace of home.
