Book Name:Akhlaq-e-Mustafa Ki Jhalkiyan

Dear Islamic brothers! You have just heard how forgiving and well-mannered our Beloved and Blessed Rasool صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم is! Indeed he صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم has power and authority. If he صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم had wanted, he صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم would have cursed Habbaar Bin Aswad and Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ would have wiped him off the face of the earth. But he صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم did not do so. Imagine! Everyone, whether ordinary or special, was impressed with the good manners, kindness and graciousness of the Holy Nabi صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم. Why? Simply because he صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم has been sent as mercy for all the worlds and has been blessed with extremely good manners. It is the court of the Holy Nabi صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم where even bitter enemies are forgiven and are blessed with prayers despite their cruelty.

Prayer of guidance for nation

During the battle of Uhud, (some parts of) the blessed teeth of the Holy   Nabi صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم were “martyred” and blessed face was wounded.     Even at that time, he صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم prayed for them in these words:       ‘اَللّٰھُمَّ اھْدِ قَوْمِیْ فَاِنَّھُمْ لَا یَعْلَمُوْنَ’, i.e. O Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ! Bestow guidance upon my nation. They do not know me. (Ash-Shifa, vol. 1, pp. 105)

Dear Islamic brothers! Despite being blessed with the great privilege of good manners, our Beloved and Blessed Rasool صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم would pray to  Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ for good manners. Undoubtedly, it teaches us that we should also adopt good manners and pray to Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ to be blessed with good manners.
