v  requisites in spending Madani donations? Is he careful about Deen? etc.

v  Our responsible Islamic brothers should be capable of understanding the Shar’i laws and rulings along with organisational matters.

v  Every responsible Islamic brother should be sensitive in Shar’i matters and capable of leading prayers.

v  Make such a Madani training system that your subordinates are trustworthy and submissive to Shari’ah and organisation.

Madani Mashwarahs all over Pakistan Divisions

v  Islamic brothers from Kabinaat should visit their divisions and hold Madani Mashwarah there with concerned Islamic brothers in Safar-ul-Muzaffar 1437 and persuade them to strengthen the 12 Madani activities. There should be such capable preachers who could hold Madani Mashwarah at Division level. Choose adequate Islamic brothers in a Kabinaat who could hold Madani Mashwarahs of 5 Divisions. Complete these Mashwarah from 10th Safar-ul-Muzaffar to 20 Safar-ul-Muzaffar 1437 A.H.
