Shoq e Madina

Book Name:Shoq e Madina

*   Some saints did not drink water for three years but stayed alive through the blessings of performing the dhikr of Allah.[1]

*   Perform the dhikr of Allah in abundance, and you will become His distinct servant.[2]

*   Prophet Sulaymān عَـلَيْـهِ الـسَّـلَام said: “The rooster says: اُذْکُرُوا اللہَ یَا غَافِلِیْن ‘O the heedless! Remember Allah.’”[3]

*   Sending ṣalāt upon the beloved Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم is such an action which Allah Himself does.[4]

*   If there is any action Allah does, His angels do and Muslims were ordered to carry out, it is sending ṣalāt upon the beloved Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم.[5]

*   When Allah sends ṣalāt upon the beloved Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم, this means He causes mercy to descend upon him. Our ṣalāt and that of the angels refer to making a supplication for mercy.[6]
