Undoubtedly, Safa and Marwah (i.e. two hills near the Holy Ka'bah) are amongst the signs of Allah;

[Kanz-ul-Iman (translation of Quran)] (Part 2, Surah Al-Baqarah, verse 158)

Safa and Marwah are two sacred mountains found close to the Holy Ka’bah. The mother of Sayyiduna Ismail عَـلَيْـهِ الـسَّـلَام, Sayyidatuna Hajrah رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَلَيْها, ran between them seven times in search of water. Until the Day of Judgement, whosoever performs Hajj or Umrah, it is necessary for them to run between Safa and Marwah in remembrance of Sayyidatuna Hajrah رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَلَيْها. And whosoever respects the symbols of Allah; so, this is from the piety of the hearts.

[Kanz-ul-Iman (translation of Quran)] (Part 17, Surah Al-Hajj, verse 32)
