Remaining Madani Pearls regarding the etiquettes of respecting Sayyids
* It is from the respect and reverence of the Beloved Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم that anything attached to him should also be honoured. (Al-Shifa`, Juz 2, p. 25)
* Showing respect is not in need of certainty nor any special proof, therefore, those who are known as Sayyids should be respected.
(Sadaat-e-Karam ki ‘Azmat, p. 14)
* The one who is not actually a Sayyid but presents himself as a Sayyid is cursed; neither is his Fard accepted nor his Nafl.
(Sadaat-e-Karam ki ‘Azmat, p. 16)
* If a deviant claims to be a Sayyid and his deviancy has reached the level of Kufr (disbelief), he should not be respected in the slightest.
(Sadaat-e-Karam ki ‘Azmat, p. 17)
* To respect a Sayyid is to respect the Beloved Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم.
(Fatawa Razawiyyah, p. 8)
* Sayyids can only be employed for those jobs which do not involve degradation, it is impermissible to employ them for undignified jobs.
(Sadaat-e-Karam ki ‘Azmat, p. 12)
* Disrespecting a Sayyid because he is a Sayyid is Kufr.
(Kufriyah Kalimat kay Baray mayn Suwal Jawab ,p. 276)
