اَلْحَمْدُ لِلّٰہِ رَبِّ الْعٰلَمِیْنَ وَ الصَّلٰوۃُ وَالسَّلَامُ عَلٰی سَیِّدِ الْمُرْسَلِیْنَ ^ط

اَمَّا بَعْدُ فَاَعُوْذُ بِاللّٰہِ مِنَ الشَّیْطٰنِ الرَّجِیْمِ ^ط  بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّ حِیْم ^ط

Millions of Salam to Remembrance of Ummah

اَلصَّلٰوۃُ وَ السَّلَامُ عَلَیْكَ یَا رَسُولَ اللہ                                                         وَعَلٰی اٰلِكَ وَ اَصْحٰبِكَ یَا حَبِیْبَ اللہ

اَلصَّلٰوۃُ وَ السَّلَامُ عَلَیْكَ یَا نَبِیَّ اللہ                                                                       وَعَلٰی اٰلِكَ وَ اَصْحٰبِكَ یَا نُوْرَ اللہ

Please note that this speech was originally written for Islamic brothers, we have done necessary changes for Islamic sisters. It may be possible that some words could have been remained unchanged! If so, Muballighah should change the wordings accordingly at the time of delivering this speech. (Majlis-e-Tarajim)

Excellence of reciting Durood

The Beloved Rasool صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم has stated:

اِنَّهُ جَآءَنِي جِبْرِيلُ فَقَالَ:اِنَّ رَبَّكَ يَقُولُ اَمَا يُرْضِيكَ يَا مُحَمَّدُ اَنْ لَا يُصَلِّيَ عَلَيْكَ اَحَدٌ مِنْ اُمَّتِكَ
اِلَّا صَلَّيْتُ عَلَيْهِ  عَشْرًا  وَلَا  يُسَلِّمُ عَلَيْكَ اَحَدٌ مِنْ اُمَّتِكَ اِلَّا سَلَّمْتُ عَلَيْهِ عَشْرًا

‘Sayyiduna Jibraeel (عَـلَيْـهِ الـسَّـلَام) came to me and stated humbly that Allah (عَزَّوَجَلَّ) has stated: ‘O Muhammad (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم)! Are you not pleased with it that when anyone from your Ummah sends Salat upon you once, I shower mercy ten times upon him, and when anyone from your Ummah sends Salam once, I send Salam upon him ten times.’ (Mishkat-ul-Masabih, vol. 1, pp. 189, Hadees 928)

Mufti Ahmad Yar Khan Na’eemi رَحْمَةُ اللهِ عَلَيْه has said: Allah Almighty’s sending Salams means either conveying Salam to him through angels or keeping him safe from calamities and troubles. (Mirat-ul-Manajeeh, vol. 2, pp. 102)
