and they will never change. We should act upon Sunnahs not to attain medical benefits, but to only please Allah Almighty. Those who perform Wudu so that their blood pressure becomes normal or they get refreshed or fast for dieting so that they can get the benefits of appetite, travel to Madinah so that they can have some change of climate and get some relief from their domestic chores or study Islamic books to pass time, will not get reward for their deeds because of such intentions. If we perform deeds to please Allah Almighty, we will also get reward along with their benefits. Therefore keeping in view apparent and hidden etiquette we should also perform Wudu to please Allah Almighty.

صَلَّى اللّٰهُ تَعَالٰى عَلٰى مُحَمَّد                      صَلُّوۡا عَلَى الۡحَبِيۡب

Dear Islamic sisters! Though we succeed in cleansing our outer-self by virtue of the blessing of Wudu, more than this we desperately need to cleanse our hearts of the filth of sins. Therefore the way we purify our outer-self of sins by performing Wudu, in the same way, when we cleanse our inner-self by making repentance and bow down before our Lord we will get more blessings.
