It is Wajib for the listener to say ‘یَرْحَمُكَ اللّٰہ’ (i.e. may Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ have mercy upon you) immediately in an audible voice so that the one who sneezed can hear. (Bahar-e-Shari’at, vol. 3, part 16, pp. 476)

5  Upon hearing ‘یَرْحَمُكَ اللّٰہ’, the person who sneezed should say: ‘یَغْفِرُ اللّٰہُ لَنَا وَلَـکُمْ’ (i.e. may Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ forgive us and you) or say: ‘یَہْدِیْکُمُ اللّٰہُ وَ یُصْلِحُ بَالَـکُمْ’            (i.e. may Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ guide you and improve your condition).

صَلُّوۡا عَلَى الۡحَبِيۡب                                                                      صَلَّى اللّٰهُ تَعَالٰى عَلٰى مُحَمَّد

Announcement

Remaining Sunnahs and manners of sneezing will be mentioned in the Tarbiyyati Halqahs [learning circles]. Therefore, do attend the Tarbiyyati Halqahs in order to learn them.
