and abstinent. What else would be a better gift for the child than this as it is useful for the child in this world as well as in the Deen (religious matters). Parents should not depart this life by making their children only rich, but they should depart this life by making them pious which would also benefit them in their graves too. As in the grave, the deceased receives the reward of the righteous actions of the living offspring. (Mirat-ul-Manajih, vol. 6, pp. 565)

صَلُّوۡا عَلَى الۡحَبِيۡب              صَلَّى اللّٰهُ تَعَالٰى عَلٰى مُحَمَّد

Dear Islamic sisters! The need of Islamic teaching and Madani upbringing of children that exists today perhaps never existed before. Because satanic actions and devices used to commit sins are prevalent all around today. Moreover, people are getting more inclined towards providing only worldly education to their children; whereas in the past, more importance was given in providing religious education to the children. Perhaps this was the reason that in those days, children also used to be pious and obedient along with their parents. However now, priority is being given to the worldly education. This is the reason why high fees are paid in schools and every facility is provided there so children’s worldly future could get better. They get a decent job. They accumulate a lot of wealth. To the extent that for the accomplishment of this purpose, parents even send their children abroad for studies.

After acquiring worldly education in this manner, the child indeed becomes a prominent worldly person, good businessman and a modern person, but does not become pious, devotee of Rasool and a practicing Muslim.
