Remember! If we take our sensible children with us to the Masjid for Salah along with offering Salah regularly, their little minds will turn to Salah from their childhood because the habit that sticks in children’s minds from their childhood, becomes naturally deep-seated in their minds even when they grow up. Keep telling children the virtues of Salah from time to time to make them habitual of offering Salah. اِنْ شَــآءَالـلّٰـه عَزَّوَجَلَّ, by virtue of its blessings, our children will become regular in offering Salah from a very young age.

At present, it is very necessary to give good upbringing to children and make them habitual of offering Salah, observing Siyam and performing all acts of worship from their childhood. For giving correct upbringing to children as per Sunnah, study the 188-page book ‘Tarbiyyat-e-Awlad, published by Maktaba tul Madinah, the publishing department of Dawat-e-Islami.’ اِنْ شَــآءَالـلّٰـه عَزَّوَجَلَّ this book will prove to be helpful in giving excellent upbringing to children as per Islamic teachings.

Remember! Before persuading children to perform any righteous deed, we have to get into the habit of performing that deed ourselves! Otherwise, whatever we say will not be effective and it will become difficult to get the intended results. Therefore, we have to get into the regular habit of offering Salah ourselves before we persuade our children to offer Salah, etc.

Let’s listen to a blessed saying of Allah Almighty in order to gain Islamic knowledge and make up our minds to offer Salah regularly. In Ayah 12 of Surah Al-Ma’idah, Part 6, Allah Almighty has stated:
