Book Name:Dunya Ne Hame Kiya Diya ?

Sayyiduna Abu Sa’eed Khudri رَضِىَ اللهُ تَعَالٰی عَـنْهُ has narrated that the Beloved Rasool صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم said: When you see someone coming and going to Masjid abundantly, give evidence of his faith because in Ayah 18 of Surah Taubah, part 10, Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ has stated:

 

اِنَّمَا یَعْمُرُ مَسٰجِدَ اللّٰهِ مَنْ اٰمَنَ بِاللّٰهِ وَ الْیَوْمِ الْاٰخِرِ وَ اَقَامَ الصَّلٰوةَ وَ اٰتَى الزَّكٰوةَ

Translation from Kanz-ul-Iman: Only those enliven the Masajid of Allah who believe in Allah and the Last Day and establish Salah and pay the obligatory charity. (Part 10, Surah At-Taubah, Ayah 18)

May Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ also enable us to fill Masajid with Salah-offering Muslims, offer Salah and pay Zakah! Good company is extremely essential to attain steadfastness in virtuous deeds, otherwise, sometimes reading and listening to the virtues of virtuous deeds a person makes his mind that he will not disobey Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ and will take interest only in virtuous deeds. But when he falls into bad company it becomes a hurdle for him in attaining steadfastness in virtuous deeds. Sometimes the work which should be avoided not only wastes his time, but it also deprives him of many virtuous deeds.

I was fond of flying kites!

An Islamic brother of Bab-ul-Madinah (Karachi) gave the following account: Unfortunately, I spent my past life in sins. I was fond of flying kites and my hobbies were playing computer games and marbles. I would poke my nose into everyone’s affair, argue with people unnecessarily and would pick fights without any reason.
