Book Name:Sayyiduna Ausman-e-Ghani Ka Ishq-e-Rasool ﷺ

Ameer-ul-Mu`mineen, Sayyiduna Usman-e-Ghani رَضِىَ اللهُ تَعَالٰی عَـنْهُ was always ready to attain the pleasure of the Beloved Rasool صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم. He رَضِىَ اللهُ تَعَالٰی عَـنْهُ tried to please Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ and His Beloved Rasool صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم by any means. Let’s listen to the parables of his getting the pleasure of Rasool.

Strange manner of attaining pleasure of Rasool!

When the Beloved Rasool صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم intended to extend Masjid-ul-Haraam, he صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم said to one of the inhabitants of Makkah:          Sell your house to me so that I can include it in Masjid-ul-Haraam and guarantee you for a home in Paradise. That person humbly said: Ya Rasoolallah صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم! I have no other house except this, nor is there any other shelter for me and my family in Makkah. Therefore he did not agree to sell the house.

In the pre-Islamic era, this person was the friend of Sayyiduna Usman-e-Ghani رَضِىَ اللهُ تَعَالٰی عَـنْهُ. When Sayyiduna Usman-e-Ghani رَضِىَ اللهُ تَعَالٰی عَـنْهُ knew about it, he رَضِىَ اللهُ تَعَالٰی عَـنْهُ bought the house for 10 thousand dinars. He then went to the Beloved Rasool صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم and humbly said: Ya Rasoolallah صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم! I have learnt that you intend to include such-and-such person’s house in Masjid-ul-Haraam and want to guarantee him Paradise? Your Highness! Now this house is mine. Will your Excellency take it from me in return for a home in Paradise? The Beloved Rasool صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم replied in the positive. Then the Beloved Rasool صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم got the house from Sayyiduna ‘Usman  رَضِىَ اللهُ تَعَالٰی عَـنْهُ and gave him a surety of a home in Paradise and made Muslims witness for it. Dear Islamic brothers! Have you noticed! Sayyiduna ‘Usman-e-Ghani رَضِىَ اللهُ تَعَالٰی عَـنْهُ bought the house for 10 thousand dinars and then presented it to the Beloved Rasool صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم for attaining his pleasure. Just ponder! There was a time when blessed companions would sacrifice their homes and wealth for the pleasure and love of the Beloved Rasool صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم, but unfortunately now, we do not even pay Zakah and Fitrah and for other obligatory and Wajib acts. All the time we think about how our wealth will increase. If we make our mind to give Sadaqah and charity in the way of
