Nafl Worship in Sha’ban-ul-Mu’azzam
اَلۡـحَـمۡـدُ لِـلّٰـہِ رَبِّ الۡـعٰـلَـمِیۡنَ وَ الـصَّـلٰـوۃُ وَ الـسَّـلَامُ عَـلٰی سَـیِّـدِ الۡـمُـرۡ سَـلِـیۡنَ
اَمَّـا بَــعۡـدُ فَـاَعُـوۡذُ بِـا لـلّٰـہِ مِـنَ الـشَّـیۡـطٰنِ الـرَّجِیۡمِؕ بِـسۡمِ الـلّٰـہِ الـرَّحۡـمٰنِ الـرَّحِـیۡمِؕ
Nafl Worship in Sha’ban-ul-Mu’azzam
|
وَعَلٰى
اٰلِكَ وَاَصۡحٰبِكَ يَا حَبِيۡبَ اللّٰه |
|
اَلصَّلٰوةُ
وَالسَّلَامُ عَلَيۡكَ يَا رَسُوۡلَ اللّٰه |
|
وَعَلٰى اٰلِكَ وَاَصۡحٰبِكَ
يَا نُوۡرَ اللّٰه |
اَلصَّلٰوةُ
وَالسَّلَامُ عَلَيۡكَ يَا نَبِيَّ اللّٰه |
نَوَيۡتُ سُنَّتَ الۡاِعۡتِكَافِ
Translation: I have made the intention of Sunnah I’tikaf.
Whenever you enter a Masjid, upon remembering, make the intention of Nafl I’tikaf because as long as you stay in the Masjid you will keep obtaining the reward of Nafl (supererogatory) I’tikaf, and eating, drinking and sleeping will also become permissible for you in the Masjid.
Excellence of reciting Salat-‘Alan-Nabi صَلَّی اللّٰہ تعالٰی علیہ واٰلہٖ وسلَّم
It is stated on page 217 of the 660-page book Guldasta-e-Durood-o-Salam, published by Maktaba-tul-Madinah – the publishing department of Dawat-e-Islami: Sayyiduna ‘Ali کَـرَّمَ الـلّٰـهُ تَـعَـالٰی وَجۡـھَـهُ الۡـکَـرِیۡم has narrated that the Beloved Prophet صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم has said, ‘When the one who recites Salat upon me 100 times on a Friday, comes on the Day of Judgement, he will be accompanied by such Noor that will be sufficient for all of creation, if it is distributed.’

کثرت سے دُرُود اُن پہ پڑھو رَبّ نے جو چاہا سینے میں اُتر آئیں گے انوارِ مدینہ
