Along with the participants of the Madani Qafilah, I was also privileged to take part in the area visit to call people towards righteousness. Gathering people outside a tailor shop we presented the ‘call to righteousness.’ When the speech ended, a young worker from the shop said, ‘I am a non-Muslim. Your ‘call to righteousness’ has made a profound impact on my heart. Please make me a Muslim.’ اَلْـحَمْـدُ لـِلّٰـه عَزَّوَجَلَّ, he then embraced Islam.

Dear Islamic brothers! In conclusion, I take this opportunity to mention the excellence of a Sunnah as well as some Sunan and manners. The Prophet of Rahmah, the Intercessor of the Ummah صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم has said, ‘He who loves my Sunnah, loves me, and he who loves me will be with me in Jannah.’

(Ibn ‘Asakir, vol. 9, pp. 343)

سینہ تری سُنَّت کا مدینہ بنے آقا         جنَّت میں پڑوسی مجھے تم اپنا بنانا

Entering and leaving the home: 12 Madani pearls

1.         When leaving the home, recite this Du’a:

بِسْمِ اللّٰہِ  تَـوَ کَّلْتُ  عَلَی  اللّٰہِ  لَا حَوْلَ   وَ لَا   قُـوَّ ۃَ    اِلَّا  بِاللّٰہِ

Translation: With the name of Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ, I have put my trust in Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ, there is neither power nor strength without Him.

(Sunan Abi Dawood, vol. 4, pp. 420, Hadees 5095)

اِنْ شَــآءَالـلّٰـه عَزَّوَجَلَّ! By the blessings of reciting this Du’a’, the person who recited it will remain on the right path and will be safe from calamities besides being blessed with Divine help.

2.         Du’a before entering the home:

اَللّٰھُمَّ   اِنِّیۤ    اَسْأَ لُكَ  خَیْرَ  الْمَوْلَجِ   وَ خَیْرَ  الْمَخْرَ جِ   بِسْمِ اللّٰہِ  وَ  لَجْنَا  وَ  بِسْمِ اللّٰہِ   خَرَجْنَا   وَ عَلَی  اللّٰہِ   رَ بِّنَا   تَوَکَّلْنَا
