Faizan e Imam Hasan Basri رَحمۃُ اللہِ عَلَیْہ

Book Name:Faizan e Imam Hasan Basri رَحمۃُ اللہِ عَلَیْہ

*    Recite this when you wake up: اَلْحَمْدُ لِلّٰہِ الَّذِیْۤ اَحْیَانَا بَعْدَ مَآ   اَمَاتَنَا وَاِلَیْہِ النُّشُوْرُ - “All praise is for Allah, He who gave us life after death, and to Him is our return.”[1] When reading this, make firm intention to become righteous and to not harm anyone.[2]

*    When brothers and sisters reach the age of 10, they should be made to sleep separately. In fact, a boy of that age should not sleep with other boys of the same age, or with adults.[3]

*    When husband and wife sleep in the same bed, they should not have a ten-year-old (or more) boy sleep alongside them. When a boy begins feeling lustful desires, he comes under the ruling of a man.[4]

*    Use a siwak/miswak when you wake up.

*    Perform tahajjud salah when you wake up at night, as this is a huge blessing. The Messenger of Allah صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم said, “After obligations, the best salah is that offered at night.”[5]
