٭ Gratitude of the remaining body parts is that the blessings of Allah Almighty should be spent in the worship of Allah Almighty; and protect them from being spent in the disobedience of Allah Almighty.

٭ Gratitude of eyes is that if one sees a fault of a Muslim, then he conceals it. (Ihya-ul-‘Uloom, vol. 4, pp. 103)

صَلُّوۡا عَلَى الۡحَبِيۡب              صَلَّى اللّٰهُ تَعَالٰى عَلٰى مُحَمَّد

Du’a to be recited when struck by a calamity

In the Madani Halqahs of the weekly Sunnah-inspiring Ijtima’ of Dawat-e-Islami today, the Du’a when “struck by a calamity” will be taught as per the schedule. The Du’a is as follows:

اِنَّا  لِلّٰہِ وَ اِنَّاۤ  اِلَیْہِ رَاجِعُوْنَ

اَللّٰھُمَّ  اَجِرْنِیْ  فِیْ  مُصِیْبَتِیْ  وَ اَخْلِفْ  لِیْ  خَیْرًا  مِّنْھَا

Translation: Without doubt we belong to Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ, and without doubt we are about to return to Him. O Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ reward me in this misfortune, and grant me better than this. (Sahih Muslim, pp. 356, Hadees 2127)

صَلُّوۡا عَلَى الۡحَبِيۡب              صَلَّى اللّٰهُ تَعَالٰى عَلٰى مُحَمَّد

Method of collective Fikr-e-Madinah (72 Madani In’amaat)

Saying of the Beloved Rasool صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم: Pondering (over the Hereafter) for a moment is better than the worship of 60 years.
