Translation from Kanz-ul-Iman: The child (‘Isa) said, ‘I am Allah’s bondsman, He has given me the Book and made me a conveyer of the unseen news (a Prophet). And He has made me blessed; wherever I may be, and ordained upon me Salah and Zakah, for as long as I live. And (He has made me) dutiful to my mother and has not made me hostile, unfortunate. And that peace (same as Yahya) be upon me the day I was born, and on the day I shall pass away, and on the day I will be raised alive.’ (Part 16, Surah Maryam, Ayah 30-33)

Dear Islamic brothers! This is the Prophetic miracle of Sayyiduna ‘Isa عَـلَيْـهِ الـسَّـلَام that he conversed eloquently straight after his birth. In this conversation, the first thing he said was that: ‘I am the bondman of Allah Almighty’, so that no one could call him either god or god’s son; because people were going to slander him in future which would have been slandering Allah Almighty. Hence, his rank of Risalah required him to remove the false allegation against Allah Almighty first which was going to be placed in future before he could clear the false allegation against his blessed mother.

It is true that whomsoever Allah Almighty blesses with the privilege of Nubuwwah, his birth is extremely sacred, pure and chaste. Moreover, distinct signs of Nubuwwah start reflecting from him right from his childhood.

Dear Islamic brothers! From the speech of Sayyiduna ‘Isa عَـلَيْـهِ الـسَّـلَام, we also obtained the Madani pearl that offering Salah, paying Zakah and treating your mother nicely are ancient acts of worship and favourite ways of the blessed Ambiya عَـلَـيْـهِمُ الـصَّلٰوةُ وَالـسَّـلَام. اَلْـحَمْـدُ لـِلّٰـه, these are such beautiful acts of worship that the blessed Shari’ah has also commanded us about. But alas! Now Masajid are empty and evil places are enlivened. People make lame excuses when it comes to paying Zakah. Those who deserve to receive Zakah are compelled to beg door to door. Same mother beneath whose feet lies Paradise faces ill-treatment. After all, what has happened to Muslims? When
