please him in return for his blessed favours? And how much do we act upon his blessed sayings? Just ponder! Those who love their parents never break their hearts; those who love their children never let them feel sad; nobody likes to see his friend feeling sad because we do not sadden the person who we love. But alas! The majority of Muslims in the present time claim to have devotion to the Beloved Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم, but their acts are those which displease the Beloved Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم. What kind of devotees of the Prophet are those who avoid Salah and miss Salah deliberately and by doing such things hurt the Beloved Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم? What kind of devotion is this that the Beloved Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم emphasizes that the fasts of Ramadan be kept, but so-called devotees of the Prophet refrain from this blessed command and miss fasts? The Beloved Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم emphasizes that Taraweeh Salah should be offered, but the lazy and neglectful people of the Ummah do not offer it, and even if they do, they only do so for the first few days of Ramadan and think that they have fulfilled it for the whole month of Ramadan. The Beloved Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم orders us to keep a beard, but those who claim to have devotion to the Prophet and are fashion-conscious make their faces like the enemies of the Beloved Prophet  صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم . Is this devotion to the Prophet?

Let us intend together that from now onwards we will not miss any Salah. We will offer the five daily Salah in the first row of the Masjid with the first Takbeer. We will not miss any fast of the blessed month of Ramadan.

We will pay full Zakah when it becomes Fard. When Hajj becomes Fard, we will not delay in performing it. We will stay far away from impermissible fashion. We will fulfil the commands of veiling according to Shari’ah. We will not watch films and dramas. We will not listen to songs and music. We will not hurt the feelings of our parents. We will not be heedless of the rights of Allah Almighty and people. To attain this mindset,
