Almond is beneficial to eyesight.
Soak seven pieces of almonds and twenty one raisins (whether small or big) in water every night and eat them with milk in the morning chewing them properly. This will prove to be an excellent and effective recipe for relieving headache and strengthening memory, اِنْ شَــآءَالـلّٰـه عَزَّوَجَلَّ.

Ziyādā ger dimāghī ĥay tayrā kām
