1. It is harmful to drink cold water immediately after coming from blazing sunshine in the state of sweating abundantly.
2. Increase the use of vegetables such as pumpkin, aubergine, beetroot and radish etc.
3. Increase the use of water and yogurt in Sahari and Iftar timings.
